Unlimited PDF Proofs

Turnaround:  The first color PDF proof is sent within three business days from receiving your order. Orders with hand calligraphy or custom design require an additional three business days. Revisions are sent within 1 business day. Hand calligraphy requires up to three business days for revisions. We ship 10 business days from design approval. Engraving and/or beveling orders ship 15-20 business days from design approval. Rush services are available (excluding engraving and beveling).

Our exclusive paper: Bella Figura designs are printed on an exclusive and luxury letterpress paper, made just for us from 100% reclaimed cotton at a historic European paper mill. 1-ply, 2-ply, and 3-ply weights are available.

Customizations:  Make our designs your own by adding edge painting; custom calligraphy from our team of master calligraphers; patterned envelope liners; pocketfolds and back pockets in exclusive colors; monograms and cartouches and more. Choose from four exclusive die-cuts as well as lots of foil and ink color options. We have many additional customizations available too, such as letterpress printing and foil stamping on pocketfolds; 2, 3, and 4 color envelope liners; colored and metallic envelopes; and metallic liners. And all of our designs are fully customizable — change fonts, ink colors, illustrations, orientations, sizes, and more.

Album costs.

For new dealers, the Complete Album is $700. This includes your Utopia Album or a Utopia Box and a Design Library including 4 supplemental boxes to help you customize. You’ll receive a $200 voucher for use on your initial order for purchasing your materials and another $200 voucher after you complete a 1-hour phone orientation with our staff. Feel free to contact us and we’ll walk you through choosing the perfect designs for your store. Albums ship within 1-2 weeks.

NEW! Our Holiday Album V.3 is $300. This album contains 35 letterpress, foil stamped, embossed and digitally printed cards that feature a selection of photo cards, holiday and Christmas greetings, and corporate cards.

NEW! Our Baby Album V.2 is $300. This album contains 30 letterpress, foil stamped, and digitally printed cards to announce, celebrate, and shower baby.

Our Mitzvah Album is $400. This album contains 30 letterpress, foil stamped, and digitally printed Mitzvah suites.

Annual subscriptions: Because of the large number of new designs we release each year, an annual subscription is part of the Bella dealership. The subscription allows us to share our new designs with you each year. Annual subscription rates are $100.

Need more loose samples?

Choose your own loose letterpress samples. Loose samples are available for any of our designs at any time throughout the year. Samples are $7 each and include the invitation and envelope, and may also include a reply card or save the date.

More about the album structure.

Because we have 300+ designs, it’s impossible for us to fit everything in a traditional album structure. So our “album” is actually a traditional binder or sample collection box, plus a design library including the 4 design library boxes. Each suite offers the invitation and envelope and an assortment of reply card, reception card, direction/accommodation card, save the date, thank you card (flat and folded), program cover, program panel, menu, coaster, and place/escort card.
