There are so many lovely details that it’s hard to know where to even start with this suite. Perhaps the highlight of the invitation is the sculpted embossed floral accents on opposite corners. Sculpted embossing is like regular embossing in that it creates a raised impression, but what sets it apart is the sculpted part. The raised area has dimension, or rather different levels of height. For this invitation, that means a staggering level of detail that gives the flowers, reaching vines, and foliage a realistic look. This technique is done without ink, so the paper’s pillowy texture stands out.

A fine script font and elegant serif typography give the suite a formal, romantic character. This traditional layout anchors the invitation, allowing the sculpted embossing to draw the eye. The oversized silk ribbon, tied in a bow, adds a charming finishing touch and creates a reveal moment when guests open the envelope.

Speaking of the envelope, this custom converted number was made especially for this invitation. The exterior features digitally printed ornate botanical florals reminiscent of antique wallpaper, toile, or vintage textile patterns.

Silver shine foil stamping on our ultra black 2-ply stock creates a striking contrast. A custom monogram at the top is charming and personal. The mix of the elaborate script font with a stately sans serif font introduces an elegant hierarchy and balance.

The envelope liner is truly stunning, featuring an oversized white magnolia. This liner pattern is part of our vintage prints library. While the magnolia artwork is lovely as intended, the decision to enlarge the pattern and essentially zoom in on the bloom is bold and stately.

Unexpected die-cut shapes ensure the rehearsal dinner invitation and reply card stand out for all of the right reasons. The butterfly silhouette is whimsical and playful, yet retains a refined feel.

The save the date was the first item guests saw, and it does not disappoint. The scalloped edge is emphasized by a letterpress border that follows the gentle curves. Sophisticated typography feels joyful, polished, and full of personality. The front of the card features our Bella sky 2-ply stock, which is duplexed to our moss 1-ply. This technique creates a lovely 3-ply card and introduces an unexpected pop of color that is delightful and imaginative.

The invitation draws inspiration from the save the date, but ups the elegance factor. Bella cotton paper introduces a decadent texture, while gold matte foil stamping introduces glamour. Edge painting in hunter highlights the beveled edge.

Perhaps the standout feature of the entire suite is the folder. Garden-inspired floral artwork adorns the exterior, which is secured with metallic thread and a tag bearing the couple’s initials. A custom strip pattern on the interior is sophisticated and formal. A pocket adhered to the folder’s interior creates a space to stash the additional cards, ensuring a polished presentation when guests open the folder.

The envelope liner features the same strip pattern from the folder’s interior, with the addition of some of the florals from the exterior. This establishes a cohesive feel, while still ensuring every single item in this suite is unique.
