For this color palette we were dreaming in shades of winter neutrals with wedding colors of charcoal, sand, taupe, powder blue and pale gray to accompany our Amici letterpress wedding invitations. (Photo credits: wedding invitations + balsa wood bouquet + macarons + winter decor.)
We printed this fabulous customization of our Claddagh letterpress wedding invitation design in antique gold and taupe inks on ivory paper showcasing gorgeous hand calligraphy accents from calligrapher Debi Zeinert. The invitations and reply cards feature corner rounding and the envelopes were lined in taupe. The couple had their wedding website printed on the envelope, as well – a great way to provide guests with additional wedding information! To round out the suite, we also had the pleasure of printing matching letterpress thank you cards and pretty letterpress program covers.
A couple of months ago we featured Una and Eli’s letterpress wedding invitations and recently we had the pleasure of printing their letterpress thank you cards to match. Once again showcasing our Ribbon design, these pretty folded notes were printed in celadon and taupe inks to perfectly coordinate with their invitations, an easy and beautiful way to effortlessly coordinate the design details of your wedding.
We printed these letterpress thank you cards and reception pieces in our Evelyn design for a recent September wedding. The program covers were printed in papaya and taupe inks, while the place cards and thank you cards were printed in papaya ink. We love printing beautiful letterpress wedding invitations, and we especially love getting the opportunity to print letterpress thank you cards and reception pieces to match – it’s the perfect way to incorporate your wedding colors and design elements throughout your celebration!
Recently we had the exciting opportunity to work with a couple on a really fun invitation project. We letterpress printed reply cards in our English Waltz design to accompany their invitations, silk-screened vintage handkerchiefs. Printed on our luxury 2-ply paper in taupe ink, these reply cards are a perfect complement to the hankie invitations. The bride, Kristy, shared the inspiration behind her lovely, one of a kind invitations:
We have tried our best to make the elements of our wedding personal and unique, and came across the hankie idea as a perfect way to accomplish that. We were fortunate enough to find Erin Raspberry Napier from Lucky Luxe Correspondence to help create the beautiful finished product. With some help from our moms, we searched antique shops, flea markets, garage sales, estate sales, and of course the internet to collect a wonderful variety of vintage hankies. After washing and ironing them, we sent them to Erin to be printed. When we received them back, I had a great time individually selecting who to send each hankie to. With the range of colors and patterns, I found one to perfectly represent each of our guests!
In addition to obviously using the handkerchiefs to invite our friends and family to join us on our wedding day, we have considered having our groomsmen use their invites as pocket squares, and hope that guests will carry them as we celebrate with tears of happiness!

This customization of our Ribbon letterpress wedding invitation design was printed in taupe and celadon inks and features a taupe envelope liner. One of our new designs for 2010, Ribbon was created for us by Erin Jang, an incredibly talented designer and art director. We love this sophisticated, earthy color palette for this couple’s fall wedding.
New for 2010, this three-color letterpress invitation features our Paradise design. The letterpress invitations and accommodations cards were printed in taupe and pool inks and feature a floral pattern in blind deboss, while the reply cards were printed in taupe and blind deboss. Chic pool envelope liners are the perfect finishing touch.
Our Windsor letterpress wedding invitation design is one of those you could call an oldie but a goodie. We just love this design and so do our clients! This customization is a Windsor letterpress save the date printed in yarrow and taupe inks with typography inspired by our Meadow design. Printed on our smaller reply card size, it’s also a great way to keep letterpress budget-friendly.
Threaded is another of our new letterpress wedding invitation designs for 2010 so we were particularly excited to print this customization for a wedding in Morocco. This invitation design was printed in a sophisticated pairing of pewter and taupe inks for a look that is both modern and very chic.
Printing really adorable letterpress baby announcements sure is great fun for us! These customized letterpress announcements are among our favorites of those we’ve recently printed and it’s easy to see why – they are so completely cute!
This particular letterpress baby announcement is perfect for welcoming a little boy. It’s our Airplane design printed in navy and taupe inks on our ivory cotton paper. It’s a touch masculine, but still perfectly playful and child-like.
Our Owl letterpress baby announcement is one of our most popular designs. This customized version is printed in bright daffodil paired with downy ink. Yellow and gray is such a popular color for letterpress wedding invitations, so it’s no surprise that new parents also love this combination for letterpress baby announcements!
Another customization of our Owl design, this letterpress baby announcement is printed in pumpkin and garden inks. While 1-color letterpress is always fun, we love how this 2-color letterpress adaptation makes the Owl design so special.
The great thing about letterpress is how easily we can personalize a design to perfectly suit all special occasions in your life. In addition to our letterpress wedding invitations and letterpress baby announcements, we’re also happy to print for bar and bat mitzvahs, birthday parties, anniversary parties – you name it! Any of our letterpress designs can be customized for the celebration of your choice.
