The standout feature of this invitation is the two-letter duogram created using the overlapping initials of the bride and groom’s first names. This custom artwork is foil embossed, creating a raised, gilded appearance. The remaining text is foil-stamped in the same color, tawny shine for consistency. The foil stamping process gently pushes the foil into the thick 2-ply stock.

The details card is a four-panel accordion fold, listing the specifics of the wedding weekend. This card features letterpress printing. The floral pattern on the first panel is sized down and transformed into a border that runs along the top and bottom of the remaining panels.

Our lovely friends at Sweet Paper in La Jolla, California, helped Alexandra and Jan create this timeless wedding invitation customization of our “Elton” design. The couple retained the double-line border but changed the fonts, swapped the color paper for our Bella smooth cotton, and removed the branch motif to better suit their black-tie affair.

The classic combination of Champagne Matte foil and crisp white paper was complemented by some of our most popular embellishments, including mother-of-pearl silk ribbon, metallic gold thread, and metallic seashell envelope liners.
