We love these letterpress wedding invitations, a customization of Vendage, one of our new designs for 2010. We printed these in garden and champagne inks and then edge painted them in papaya. The reply card is a 1-color letterpress design printed in garden ink and all of the pieces are tucked inside an envelope featuring a champagne liner. We just adore this combination of bright summery colors paired with the botanical design and sweet little birds, perfect for a warm summer wedding.

We printed these letterpress wedding invitations, a customization of our Keswick design, for an upcoming wedding in France. They are printed in espresso and cloud 9 inks and feature a vertical orientation and a pretty espresso pocketfold, making this invitation suite a unique interpretation of one of our most popular designs. We love the pretty letterpress inserts and the letterpress thank you notes we also had the distinct pleasure of printing for this couple, all perfectly coordinated to their event in matching espresso and cloud 9 inks.

If our array of calligraphy letterpress wedding invitations didn’t tip you off, we’re big time calligraphy fans around here. There is just something so pretty about hand lettered calligraphy when it’s letterpress printed on our cotton paper. In this case, it’s our Modern Calligraphy design printed in navy ink and paired with an envelope boasting a cheerful fuchsia liner. It’s the perfect blend of traditional and modern elements, yet so simple and sophisticated. We just can’t get enough.

Our Lovebirds letterpress wedding invitation design is one we just absolutely adore. For this couple’s wedding we printed it in espresso and surf inks. It’s modern and playful and we find it completely charming.

Printed in cardinal and espresso inks, this recent customization is our Majorca design. It features an espresso envelope liner and a cool square reply card and directions card, the perfect complement to the square invitation shape. This couple also opted to go with unique square letterpress thank you notes in our Majorca design that we previously featured here on the blog. We love the way all of the pieces work together to bring a fresh modern touch to an otherwise formal wedding invitation suite.

Printed in an elegant combination of pewter and cream inks, this letterpress wedding invitation is our Sylvan design. This customization was personalized so that the design has a horizontal orientation and features Hebrew text to make it especially appropriate for this couple’s wedding. We love the sophisticated neutral color palette and the simple typography on this design – it allows the beauty of letterpress to shine through while making an incredible first impression upon guests.

While we love printing letterpress wedding invitations, it’s always a treat to get to print a fabulous letterpress birthday party invitation. This version of our Flourish design is a great example of a great letterpress party invitation. It’s printed in mesa ink at our save the date size on our white cotton paper and we think it’s the perfect invitation for a festive 40th birthday celebration.

Our Guild letterpress wedding invitations are a perennial favorite among our Bella Figura designs and it’s probably pretty easy to see why – this design is as dramatic and striking as it is elegant and sophisticated. This particular customization was printed in navy and pale gray inks paired with a navy envelope liner, the perfect invitation suite for a formal evening wedding.

Our Windsor letterpress wedding invitation design is one of those you could call an oldie but a goodie. We just love this design and so do our clients! This customization is a Windsor letterpress save the date printed in yarrow and taupe inks with typography inspired by our Meadow design. Printed on our smaller reply card size, it’s also a great way to keep letterpress budget-friendly.

In bright happy colors perfect for spring and summer, this customization features our Anthology design from our 2010 collection printed in fuchsia and persimmon inks. The luxurious 2-ply cotton paper shows off the pop of color from the fuchsia edge painting, which is perfectly coordinated with a persimmon envelope liner. We love this suite – it’s vibrant and festive and the perfect fit for this couple’s upcoming Las Vegas wedding.

Penned exclusively for us by calligrapher Patricia Mumau, our String Calligraphy letterpress wedding invitation design is becoming a fast favorite among our new 2010 designs. Each invitation is lovingly hand written by Patricia and then letterpressed by Bella Figura, making each piece a truly personalized creation. This customization is printed in navy ink and features edge painting in fuchsia for a delightfully modern interpretation of a very traditional craft.

We wanted to take a moment this afternoon to share a couple of recent Bella Figura mentions in the press. Canadian wedding magazine Weddingbells recently featured our Nigella and Lola letterpress wedding invitation designs in a pretty spread of stationery they called love letters. How sweet!

One of our lovely Bella Figura couples, Jennifer and Robert, had their wedding showcased in a recent issue of The Knot. We love the pretty navy and pink color palette and the gorgeous flowers. Jennifer and Robert used our Deveril design for their letterpress wedding invitations.

Thank you to our friends at Weddingbells and The Knot for recognizing Bella Figura!
