Braxton V.2
Blind sculpted embossing creates a contoured appearance, giving the floral accents on the Braxton V.2 save the date added dimension. Our Lincoln die cut, coupled with the script font, further elevates the look and sets the tone for a lavish affair.
The same floral accents from the save the date are repeated on the invitation, but this time, the floral artwork adorns opposite corners instead of being centered. Using the same artwork maintains consistency, but breaking it up keeps things new and fresh while giving the invitation a balanced feel.
The after-party card is much more casual and features a fun die cut in the shape of cowboy boots.

The same floral pattern appears on the back of the invitation and the envelope liner, with a different background color.
The stripes on the welcome party card are reminiscent of the border on the invitation, creating a connection between these cards.

This design has two fun die cuts: the reply card, which is shaped like a monstera leaf, and the rehearsal dinner card, which is shaped like a clamshell. Digital printing on the front helps bring these die-cut shapes to life.

The Bella Figura 2025 Spring Collection is almost here! This mini-release highlights many of our wonderful new motifs and how they can be used to create something truly one of a kind. We paired them with reimagined updates to some of our most popular designs over the past few years to create some real design magic!
When we updated our Design Library in the fall, we added over a hundred new hand-drawn and painted motifs created by our talented team of designers. We carefully curated a collection of motifs that could be used for any event and idea you can imagine. From an expansive range of event card icons to watercolor beach umbrellas and pickleball paddles, we tried to show it all! Quirky and fun to elegant and sophisticated, there is something for every style. So, in this release, we want to showcase the ways these motifs can be incorporated to customize a design. From as simple as bringing in motifs to create a one-of-a-kind envelope liner to creating custom die shapes for a unique insert card or tag, the possibilities are endless!
Here is some insight into the creative process behind this release from our Creative Lead, Jessica.
I had a lot of fun creating this mini collection, and I hope that shines through in these designs. You’ll see some of our newest ink and paper colors also mixed into this release. As well as a few custom converted envelopes. This is a great way to customize your designs with colors outside of our standard color envelopes.
Braxton 2
The charming architectural details of Cotswold cottages and gardens inspire this design. It has large florals and geometric trellis shapes in shades of bright French Blue and vintage Verdigris green ink. I wanted the texture of the sculpted blind embossing to shine here, so I kept the motifs minimal and tonal in letterpress ink. But since this is a Texas wedding, I brought in the Watercolor Cowboy boots as a fun custom die shape for the after-party celebration!
Derian 2
I envisioned this for a small and sweet garden party wedding. I pulled together some of my favorite floral motifs like Lavender Sprigs and Queen Anne’s Lace and paired them with the sprawling Ivy to create a whimsical and elegant vibe. And if you know me, you know I love a bird on an invitation suite, so I had to bring in the Watercolor Hummingbird as a custom die shape tag to tie the whole suite together!
Duval 2
Where color and creativity meet! I wanted everything about this suite to be bold and bright. Using many of our tropical motifs, I created a custom crest on the bellyband and brought those motifs in throughout all other pieces, from the subtle Monstera reply card to the over-the-top gatefold save the date. It shows the versatility of our motifs and how to use them!
Hadaway 2
I wanted this to be for a colorful springtime backyard celebration. Inspired by the bright florals you’d find blossoming in your very own garden. The poppy patterns pair perfectly with understated elegant typography. But for some personality, I brought in the Pizza and one of my personal favorites, the Watercolor Soft Pretzel!
Ryann 2
Inspired by one of my favorite places, Cape Cod. This design is a subtle nod to traditional nautical New England. I knew I wanted to work in some of my favorite motifs, Watercolor Lobster and Beach Ball, but do it in an understated way. By pairing them with classic typography and sophisticated paper colors, these fun and quirky motifs create charm and charisma without being cheesy.
Our 2025 wedding release is here! This release includes 30 new wedding designs and features lots of velvet paper, custom-shaped bevels, sculpted embossing, and more! This is the first release since we revamped our Design Library. You’ll see lots of new papers, embellishments, and inks, along with plenty of creative print method combinations that showcase the beauty of all we offer and some fun new die shapes.
There are so many eye-catching designs and lovely details. You can see everything new here, but keep reading to see some highlights from our latest wedding release.
Sculpted Embossing
Several new designs feature sculpted embossing. This technique allows for embossing with various depths, giving items like flowers lifelike detail while patterns add increased dimension.
Sedna Save the Date
Letterpress ink: toast
Sculpted embossing: blind
Fonts: mr eaves mod + ivy ora display
Paper: almond 2-ply
Card size: a-6 (tier 2)
Foil edging: mink matte
The sand dollar artwork on our Sedna Save the Date sets the perfect coastal tone for a beach-side affair. The sand dollar is sculpted embossed on our almond 2-ply paper. The printing method allows for a high level of detail and perfectly mimics the texture and indentations of this sea creature, lending the artwork a realistic look that will make guests excited for your big day.
Vital Save the Date
Letterpress ink: ruby
Sculpted embossing: blind
Fonts: didot + nightfall + nightingale script
Paper: almond 2-ply
Card size: a-7 (tier 3)
Liner: vitale pattern in red shine on ruby text
Envelope: bella cotton white pointed flap
Digital addressing: black
The floral accents of the Vitale save-the-date feature curves and indentations along the petals and veining on the leaves for vivid, true-to-life detail. The raised impression is surprisingly realistic and adds an elegant air to this card. You can customize this design to feature the flowers you intend to use in your ceremony for a bespoke, on-point detail.
Sowerby Pocketfold
Foil stamping: rose gold shine
Sculpted embossing: blind
Fonts: bradley djr + krul regular
Papers: bordeaux 1-ply
Pocketfold: f-8
The Sowerby pocketfold is another example of sculpted embossing. Our 1-ply bordeaux paper features the bride and groom’s initials in rose gold shine foil. The foil-stamped initials are surrounded by vines with flowers and foliage that feature a high level of detail, giving the greenery a lifelike look. The invitation adheres inside the pocketfold, so this beautiful duogram and the wreath-like border are the first glimpse guests see when they receive your invitation.
New Die Shapes
This release also features new die-cut shapes. A die-cut card adds style and uniqueness to a printed piece. The Kinsley suite showcases a die-cut menu, debossing, and lots of new papers. The invitation features spruce letterpress and tawny shine foil on our handmade ivory paper. The leaf motif on the wedding invitation appears as a full pattern on the liner, which is foil stamped on asparagus velvet paper.
The leaf artwork appears again on the menu. Blind deboss adds detail to the foliage, which appears to wrap along the edge of the die-cut card. The evergreen 2-ply paper is stately and coordinates with the spruce and holly letterpress and asparagus velvet throughout the suite.

Sculpted embossing is a sophisticated variation on embossing wherein a multilevel, contoured appearance allows for a variety of depth, edges, and curves for a deeper and more detailed emboss to your design. Flower petals and leaves look life-like, and mountains and valleys feel rich with topographical detail. Our luxuriously thick 2- and 3-ply papers beautifully showcase sculpted embossing, the perfect customization for any memorable occasion.
We recently printed a suite for our dear friends at Glow Paper Company that prominently features sculpted embossing. The company’s Creative Director, Haleigh, explains, “This bride wanted an elegant and timeless wedding invitation but with a wow factor! Surrounding her classic gold foil text in sculpted florals was the perfect fit.”

Sculpted Embossing Basics
Sculpted embossing is compatible with all of our papers, but we think it looks the most striking on our 3-ply paper; the thickness of the paper allows for the multiple levels to provide dramatic results.
This technique can also be combined with our other print methods, allowing you to truly design a creative, one-of-a-kind piece that adds stunning and swoon-worthy detail.
We love sculpted embossing and look forward to featuring this print method in more designs. Contact us to learn more and get a quote for your invitation using sculptured embossing!
