Stephanie and Edward worked with our friends at Wynwood Letterpress to create these constellation wedding invitations for their winter wedding at The Deering Estate. Their night sky inspired palette of navy and copper shine complimented the hand lettered text and made for a dazzling backer inspired by January’s full moon.

We worked with Nate and his family on these typography Bar Mitzvah invitations based on our Irving design. They chose a rectangular shape and a bold palette of prussian blue and clover along with our vintage stripes pattern liner in the invitation and thank you envelopes.

Danielle and Christopher worked with our friends at Marissa Allie Designs to concept these custom illustrated wedding invitations for their recent celebration. Our inhouse illustrator Brenda Fox made their vision a reality, creating the wreath and branch motifs and drawing their venue from a provided photo. Debi Zeinert‘s hand calligraphy highlighted important text and a custom monogram foil stamped over a digital flood of color added a touch of unexpected elegance to the back of the invitation. Thanks to Marissa for these lovely photos!

It was our pleasure to work with Kate of Lovely Paperie & Gifts on the design and printing of her own wedding stationery. Kate and Christopher chose Sarah Hanna’s lettering as the centerpiece of their hand calligraphy wedding invitations, using our Annalise design to set the tone for their winter wedding. They used a romantic palette of tawny matte foil with whisper pink highlights and personalized their envelope liner with a sweet adage in hand calligraphy.

We’re big fans of using an invitation to influence other decorative elements of your wedding day (invitation-inspired wedding cakes, anyone?), but if you’re struggling to narrow down your invitation style, take a note from The Knot! Andrea Fowler from The Knot recommends letting your dress influence your invitation design, and created a variety of picture-perfect pairings including our lacy Reticella invitation by Beth Barr next to Claire Pettibone’s intricate Pearle couture wedding gown. Art Deco more your style? Our Bejeweled design by Kamal pairs perfectly with Temperley London’s beaded Tatiana dress. Be sure to head over to The Knot for even more invitation and dress pairing ideas!

Rose gold foil was a primary design element in Katherine’s wedding event stationery, including the Shabbat dinner invitations and these bridal luncheon invitations. The floral motif from our Leigha Spring design added a soft, feminine touch while the striped liner in rose gold complimented the foil stamped text. Thanks again to our friends at Heirloom Paper Company!

Earlier this spring we teamed up with Olli Studios on an incredible pastel inspiration shoot, which was featured recently on both Style Me Pretty and ModWedding! Inspired by the two Pantone colors of the year, Rose Quartz and Serenity, the shoot showcased a spectrum of design elements in varying shades of pastel blue and pink — including a stunning blue wedding gown! We also couldn’t get enough of the florals intertwined throughout the spread of desserts on the sweets table. To help set the tone for the shoot, we created additional pieces from our Vincent suite, including a custom envelope liner, menus, and place cards printed with a pale wash of digitally printed persimmon ink. Kelle McCarter hand calligraphed place cards and envelopes to match, adding the perfect finishing touch to the set. Take a look at some of our favorite shots (including several in front of the iconic New York Public Library!), but be sure to head over to Style Me Pretty to see more photos from the shoot!

Many thanks to our friends at Heirloom Paper Company for their help in customizing these rose gold foil stamped Shabbat dinner invitations for Katherine and Zachary. Our Splash design served as inspiration, with the handdrawn lines from the save the date blind debossed on the invitation to coordinate with the liner in the same pattern.

Our friends at Village Invites helped Eve and Adam customize our Odeon design to create these art deco wedding invitations for their wedding at The University Club. They drew inspiration from pieces throughout the suite to take full advantage of our customization options (like using the save the date design for the invitation and table cards) and brought in the gatsby liner pattern as a motif on additional suite pieces. Black letterpress and gold matte foil made for a glamorous palette that paired perfectly with the design and the venue.

We think any and all correspondence can (and should) be as lovely as it is functional. Juliana and Christopher’s letterpress personal stationery is a testament to that belief. Botanical inspired motifs, hand calligraphed monikers and a neutral palette of camel and blind deboss create an ethereal look that is both beautiful and practical.
