Devin and Charles worked with our friend Catherine Gretta to customize our Faunus design for their recent Pennsylvania wedding. We printed their elegant hand calligraphy wedding invitations in an autumnal palette of marsala and olive letterpress inks and used tawny foil to highlight their names. Our elegant garden pattern made an appearance on the foil stamped pocketfold and letterpress printed on the back of their save the date.

Katharyn and Thomas chose birch tree wedding invitations for their Banff wedding, using our Irving design for typography inspiration. Their palette of cobalt and copper foil was used throughout their suite, while a subtle hint of blind deboss highlighted the birch tree motif on their invitations. Jessica and Evan worked with our friends at Phantastic Papers to create the silver foil stamped menus and ceremony programs for their Montauk wedding. Sarah Hanna’s hand calligraphy was used to highlight important text on the menus and programs and was printed in silver foil for a dramatic contrast to our Bella Blue paper. A custom blue silk ribbon completed the ensemble.

This real wedding was a 5-day event, combining the casual with the formal. The bride’s mother worked with the team at Bella Figura NYC to customize our popular Sierra design to create a rustic yet elegant invitation suite perfect for their black tie affair in the mountains of Colorado. It was a week filled with everything from a bridesmaids’ hike, to a 4th of July BBQ complete with fireworks, and a stylish celebration at the Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch. “I wanted this design to make people feel one with the earth: happy, relaxed, and cool. I have always loved the spirit of Christmas and how it truly brings people together. It would be nice if people acted so loving all year round. I am attached to beautiful things all around me every day. I try to bring that into my work. I pay attention to detail and love balance, white space, great typography, and perfect color combinations. It is as simple as that.”

To celebrate J R and his milestone birthday, our friends at Sweet Paper helped create these fiftieth birthday invitations based on our Theon design. A palette of navy letterpress and silver foil was paired with our bella blue envelopes for a stately and sophisticated presentation.

Our friends at PS Invitations helped Julie and her family customize these watercolor Bat Mitzvah invitations for her recent celebration. They chose our Modern Nautical design as inspiration, and asked us to alter the hue of the custom watercolor for a softer, more subtle background. We printed a blind impression over the white text for impact and brought in our calypso letterpress ink on additional pieces.
