Bella Figura is looking for a creative, inspired, stationery-loving individual to join our team as a blog intern. We are looking for someone with passion, incredible writing skills and the ability to contribute approximately 3 to 4 blog posts a week. This is a six month unpaid internship offering an unparalleled opportunity to gain an intimate working knowledge of a cool letterpress shop, our Bella Figura stationery line and our sister company, Smock. You’ll work closely with and have the opportunity to be mentored by our blog editor and get awesome experience researching, prepping, and writing for blogs with national readership.
Candidates can live anywhere in the world, but a reliable internet connection and access to email is a must. As 2010 quickly approaches, we wanted to take a moment to wish everyone a very happy New Year! Thank you for making 2009 such a fabulous year for all of us at Bella Figura – it has been a pleasure celebrating with you and we look forward to many more happy occasions in 2010. We’re also thrilled to introduce our 2010 collection, created exclusively for us by some of the nation’s most talented and sought after designers and artists. Bella Figura is excited to launch our summer sample sale, starting today, to benefit American Forests, an environmental organization near and dear to our hearts. Now through August 31, 2009, all samples of our letterpress invitations will be just $1 with all proceeds going to American Forests.
American Forests works to protect, restore and enhance our trees and forests, with every dollar donated going to plant a tree. Your purchase of our letterpress invitation samples will translate into trees that are planted for the benefit of the environment and generations to come! It’s official, our 2009 website is here! We’ve overhauled everything on our website and also improved many of our policies and customizations. We will usher in 2009 with a quicker turnaround time, new color-accurate liners, new self-sealing pocketfolds, better pricing on letterpress printing, and (best of all) over forty new letterpress invitation designs!
