A Vintage Christmas Letterpress Wedding Invitation

May your days be merry and bright! Step back in time to the Christmases of yesteryear to find inspiration for your winter wedding. Muted reds, greens and taupes create such a warm and inviting palette. Use these colors on vintage letterpress invitation designs, such as Harlow, by Jessica Tierney, to bring the magic of the holiday season to life!

Carte de Visite Letterpress Save the Dates and Coasters

What better way to make sure your guests don’t let your wedding date *ahem* coast by, than with some letterpress save the date coasters?  We printed these Carte de Visite (by Ben Whitla) letterpress save the dates and matching coasters in Taupe, Papaya, and Sand inks, and we’ve got to say – we’re really into this color combo.

To make everything in this set as cohesive as possible we also custom designed and letterpress printed an envelope liner that coordinates with the cards and coasters.  Between this letterpress envelope liner and the bright Papaya edge painting on the save the date, this set really has some amazing presence when you open the flap (even before you take the pieces out!).

inks: taupe + papaya + sand | fonts: sofia + sans capitals + archive | paper: 2-ply white + coaster stock | save the date size: a6 | liner: custom pattern letterpress printed in taupe ink | client coordinator: chris gannon | in-house designer: kyle laatsch

Inspired Invitations Fit For a Princess

We were so excited to recently have Brides ask us to create our dream invitation for the upcoming royal wedding. With our Lace letterpress invitations as our inspiration, we wanted to create something girly and a bit dreamy, perfect for a modern day princess celebrating a fairytale wedding. In shades of papaya and persimmon paired with whimsical script, we love this look for a formal yet playful wedding celebration. We envision them enclosed in envelopes with a fabulous liner, gorgeous hand calligraphy and a patchwork of vintage stamps to complete the look. Check out all of the designs on the Brides magazine website and many thanks to our friends at Brides for asking us to contribute!

Evelyn Letterpress Wedding Reception Pieces

We printed these letterpress thank you cards and reception pieces in our Evelyn design for a recent September wedding. The program covers were printed in papaya and taupe inks, while the place cards and thank you cards were printed in papaya ink. We love printing beautiful letterpress wedding invitations, and we especially love getting the opportunity to print letterpress thank you cards and reception pieces to match – it’s the perfect way to incorporate your wedding colors and design elements throughout your celebration!

Custom Letterpress Wedding Invitations

Recently we had the pleasure of working with a local bride who designed her own letterpress wedding invitations that we then printed. The invitations are a square shape, printed in pewter and papaya inks on our 2-ply paper. To complete the playful design, the bride chose pewter edge painting and a bright pop of color with a fuchsia envelope liner.

Floweret Letterpress Wedding Invitations

We love the combination of navy and papaya inks used for these letterpress wedding invitations, our Floweret design. The couple printed two different invitations, both a square shape, and mirrored the designs to create a unique look. They printed a beautiful reply postcard to match their invitations – a great way to save on both postage (a budget-friendly idea) and paper (an eco-friendly idea)!
