Ben Whitla‘s Irving design is just so restrained and clean – perfect for showcasing the typography and the beautiful impression of letterpress printing.  Although these are thank you cards, they could also work just as well as social stationery for daily use.  Thanks to Judy Paulen Designs for sending this one our way!

Did you know all of our letterpress and foil stamped coasters are printed on 100% recycled paper? Our coasters are made up of 90% post-consumer waste, 5% pre-consumer waste, and 5% mill waste — it’s a lovely stock that takes the letterpress or foil impression really well. We’ve been printing some really cool coasters for our clients on this new stock over the past few months — take a look!

Earlier this year, we worked with Alice and Beth from Alice G. Patterson Photography on an amazing project we’re really excited to share. Featured recently on Green Wedding Shoes, this collaboration features some of our most popular letterpress invitation designs alongside some incredible miniatures. We absolutely love seeing the fabulous celebrations that go hand-in-hand with the invitations we get to print everyday, and we’re always especially excited to see Bella Figura weddings on Style Me Pretty!  Anne & Tommy’s Redondo Beach wedding was absolutely gorgeous, so today we’re sharing some of our favorite photos from their big day. The couple chose our elegant Irving invitation to set the tone for their wedding. The design was printed in pale gray and amethyst inks on our white paper for a chic look that coordinated perfectly with the rest of their wedding day elements.

We just love when magazines and blogs decide to showcase the beautiful letterpress printing we get to do every day, so today we’re sharing some of the amazing features Bella Figura has been spotted in over the past few months. One of the most recent spotlights was found in the fall 2011 issue of Inside Weddings, where Kamal‘s majestic Bejeweled design sparkled.

A few months back, Brides magazine highlighted our Nouvina design by Heidi, which features modern, whimsical flowers and fun, bold colors.

Stationery Trends also decided to feature one of our invitations this fall — the ever popular Irving invitation (designed by Ben Whitla).

We were also thrilled to see one of our calligraphers, Patricia Mumau of Primele, featured in Martha Stewart Weddings a few months back!

These letterpress wedding invitations are a beautiful customization of our Irving design printed in black and pewter inks. Complete with a custom monogram featuring the first initials of the bride and groom, as well as Hebrew text, this set is beautifully personalized for this upcoming winter wedding.

We were so happy to have the incredibly talented Marie Labbancz share photos of Diana and Noah’s wedding – and their Irving letterpress wedding invitations! We printed their invitations in pewter and pale gray inks with fuchsia edge painting and love how Diana and Noah incorporated them into their modern meets classic wedding. With bright fuchsia and orange bridesmaid dresses and playful touches like 80s-inspired sunglasses paired with the sleek elegance of a vintage Rolls Royce, we’re just in love with these photos and know you will be, too. We love seeing our wedding invitations in action like this!
